Applications are now open for the 2026 HHPS Bushland Fair.
Put your business front and centre in front of thousands of local shoppers and families at this year's Bushland Fair, perfectly timed for the pre-Christmas shopping season.
The Hornsby Heights Public School (HHPS) P&C warmly invites businesses, hobbyists and community members to apply for a market stall at this year's Bushland Fair.
Whether you're an established business, local maker or passionate creator, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, connect with thousands of local shoppers and families, and be part of one of the Upper North Shore's favourite community events, held just six weeks before Christmas.
Before you apply
Please review the following information before submitting your application.

Eligibility
Applications are open to businesses and hobbyists offering new products or services for sale who can provide valid Public Liability Insurance.
Application Process
Complete the online application form.
Your application will be reviewed by the 2026 Bushland Fair Committee.
If approved, you will receive an invoice for the applicable stall fee.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing.
Your market stall is confirmed only once payment has been received.
Acceptance of applications is at the sole discretion of the Fair organisers.

Event Details
Date: Saturday, 14 November 2026
Trading Hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Bump-in and bump-out details will be provided closer to the event.
Stall Types
Standard Market Stall — $125
A 3m × 3m site for businesses selling take-home products such as candles, jewellery, plants, artwork and similar items, as well as services experienced on the day.
Food Vendor — $250
For businesses selling food or beverages prepared and ready for immediate consumption, such as coffee vans and similar vendors.
Powered Sites
Powered sites are available for an additional $75, subject to availability.
Payment
Payment can only be made via EFT.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing.
Stallholders are responsible for managing their own cash and EFTPOS transactions.
Where applicable, GST must be included in your advertised prices.

Product Exclusivity
The HHPS Bushland Fair does not offer exclusivity for any product category or stall type.
While we aim to provide a diverse marketplace, multiple stallholders may sell similar or identical products. Acceptance of a market stall does not grant exclusive trading rights for any product or service.
Stall Location & Site Allocation
The Fair will be held on the school oval, weather permitting, with overflow locations within the school playground.
Stall locations will be allocated closer to the event.
Powered sites are subject to availability and may not be located within the designated market area.
Where possible, stallholders are encouraged to supply their own power.
Please ensure your setup is suitable for a grassed surface.

As the site is sunny for most of the day, adequate shelter is strongly recommended.
Parking
No reserved parking is available. Early arrival is encouraged.
Waste Management
Stallholders are responsible for removing all rubbish generated by their stall and must leave their site as found.

Applicants must provide:
Public and Product Liability Insurance of at least $20 million.
A current Certificate of Currency.
A copy of the Certificate of Currency must be supplied prior to the event.
If you do not currently hold insurance, please let us know, as we may be able to assist for an additional fee.

All food products must comply with current legislation and include appropriate ingredient and allergy information.
Hornsby Heights Public School is a NO NUTS zone. Products containing nuts are not permitted on school grounds.
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and complying with all approvals, registrations and food safety requirements applicable to their business.

Extreme Weather
In the event of extreme weather, public health orders or other unforeseen circumstances, the Bushland Fair may be cancelled with up to 24 hours' notice to stallholders.

Additional Conditions
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the HHPS Bushland Fair Committee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Stallholders may not transfer or on-sell their allocated site without the prior written approval of the HHPS Bushland Fair Committee.
The Committee reserves the right to relocate or cancel a stall where necessary for operational or safety reasons. Where the Committee cancels a stall allocation, a full refund of the stall fee will be provided.
The Bushland Fair will proceed in most weather conditions. Refunds will not be provided due to adverse weather unless the event itself is cancelled by the organisers.
